The AL-KO CLEAN DUST COMPARTMENT is inserted before the container is changed and catches the falling dust. If it is removed again, the seal wipes off the remaining dust and this falls completely into the container. Extraction solutions for every need: AL-KO POWER UNIT series The level sensor AL-KO ALC 21 and the AL-KO CLEAN DUST COMPARTMENT are innovative features for the mobile clean air dust extractors of the AL-KO POWER UNIT series. Three versions will be presented at the fair: AL-KO POWER UNIT 120, AL-KO POWER UNIT 160 and AL-KO POWER UNIT 350. What they all have in common is a high extraction performance with minimum energy consumption and excellent cleaning thanks to the proven AL-KO OPTI JET technology. The premium model in the series is the AL-KO POWER UNIT 350. With a filter area of 73 m 2 , IE3 motors, maximum energy efficiency and low noise levels of 71dB (A), the unit is a real alternative to stationary extraction and filter systems. The AL-KO POWER UNIT 350 is available in four versions: With chip container, ATEX-tested rotary valve, round discharge and briquetting press. The mobile clean air dust extractor can be installed directly in the working area without the need for permits. Neighbour-friendly and in self-supporting sheet metal construction, without additional fire and explosion protection measures. The AL-KO POWER UNIT 160 and AL-KO POWER UNIT 120 convince as true space wonders. Due to their small external dimensions, they fit easily into narrow workshops and niches. More Laminating With Less Personnel Hall 14 More economical and convenient than ever before: The innovative handling concept makes working with a laminating plant a unique experience. The concept means less personnel are required for operation and also removes the need for physically demanding lifting, carrying and flipping of unwieldy panels. This partly-automated handling solution consists of a vacuum-suction traverse at the infeed, an automatic panel turner behind the system and a stack return feed system. All this makes it possible for one person to manage all the workpiece transport. If another colleague applies the coating materials, the laminating plant can be safety and easily operated by just two people. What is more, the optimized parts fl ow increases the plant’s productivity, since travel paths and manual parts handling is kept to a minimum.
